Galaxy Diner Cruise In
« on: March 15, 2009, 06:24:08 pm »
The owner of the Galaxy Diner would like to have a bunch of Fieros show up at the first cruise in for 2009.  He has been asking us to come, since we've been meeting at the Galaxy.  How about we go in in force and show the other clubs and owners what a real car is all about.  If you'll be there, I'll have my old faded out 85 there.

April 5th?

Barring anything unforeseen, it sounds like a plan!

I think it'd be good for us to attend once in a while.  I know it's two weekends in a row that we'd be down there, but they give us a good place to meet, and the only thing they get from it is the meals that we eat.  We would probably meet a bunch of other good car folks, too.

Anyone else going?  Ray said he would be there with his 1st Place People's Choice winner from a car show this past weekend.

Wait... Flyer says April 5th?
Saturday is the 4th. I'm guessing it's a mistake.

I'm planning to be there Saturday. Who else? What time?

Probably have to leave about 5 or so, though. :(

I checked the other dates and they're all on Saturday.  Gotta be a typo since Roy said they always have the cruise in on Saturday.  At the last meeting, he also asked me if we'd be there and he said it was on Saturday.  I'll be there, Ray, I think Robbie's coming down, Ratfink said he'd be there, I think Derek might be bringing the supercharged monster, one of Ray's friends from Cumming is bringing his 69 Camaro, and I don't know who else.

Scratch that.
Since the day "got moved up" to the 4th, it "became" my anniversary. Also didn't realize that the festivites didn't start until 4:00
Thought I could at least show up for an hour, but couldn't make it work.

Sorry guys. :-[

It was a pretty good little car show -- a wide variety of cars to look at:

Hmm.... Where'd that come from?
