break in procedure for top end overhaul?

I've replaced lifters, rockers, and so on. How should i break these in?
85 GT manual NOW powered by 7730
3.4 bored to 3.5, cammed out and DIS'd
F23 connecting power to ground
My wife won't ride in it. It's "the other woman" ;)

Wow, just thirty minutes? I did that on accident, as well the 2500-3k rpm thing because i forgot to connect the egr tube!
Ok, so looks like I'm ready for some skreet racin'!
