Firefly's right.  We currently have 3 very active members in the far northern reaches of North Carolina, another in Raleigh-Durham area and another out in Huntsville, Al.  We previously had 2 members in Augusta and one in East Augusta.  Take a Saturday drive on Sept. 14 and come up to meet some of the members.

You're welcome to lurk around, and even ask some questions or answer some.  If you hear any rumors about Fieros, like how they catch fire, we'll show you how it can happen if you pour enough gasoline on it.  But that's just as a last resort if you can't fix it.

I know there aren't a lot of hills and roads with 180 degree turns around the Augusta area, so you couldn't have gotten the full effect of riding in a Fiero.  These videos from our home page might give you a better concept of what Pontiac Excitement is all about.  Of course, don't let the teenagers see them.  http://www.gafiero.org/rfth13.shtml

And Welcome.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers
