Those of you who missed the March meeting, you missed more than just the meeting.
Dave Tyrell brought a tray of bread and handed out a loaf to each of the members. This is a new bread for Sara Lee, called Artesano. It's a thick-sliced bread and someone suggested that it would make good French Toast. Well, they were right. Not only is it good for sandwiches, but it is delicious when used to make French Toast.
Look for it on your grocer's shelf. Try at least one loaf. It's really good.
