Old rubber, shaky axle, bad differential. Or a combination

Supposedly, the axle seals were replaced.

Hmmm.... have you checked for play in the cv axle? Or wrong seal or bad installer or didn’t actually do it.

All TBD when axle comes out.  The axle had been tight.

He may have cut the seal on install. I’ve done that way too many times when I did trannys for a living.

Well, the leaks are slowly getting fixed.  Hopefully, this fixes the last leak.

The axle seals are in, and they fit.  Time will tell about the leak.

The leak had been a few drops, occasionally.  3 days, no leak.

Great.  It's leaking on the left side, now.

The problem ended up being a bad spot on the transmission pan.  That gasket was replaced, and the bad spot fixed.
