I saw him on the tv news.  He was washing and wiping each penny, one by one.  I think I  would put a couple shovels full in the kitchen sink with some liquid dishwash detergent, or into an onion bag and dip them up and down in a big pail of soapy solution.  Then they could be hung out to dry.

I googled the employer. Some of the comments are priceless.
I really hope the EPA gets involved for the improper oil disposal.
