Yes.  Looks like a 1952 era TD.  It was a popular kit car reproduction in the 80's.  We looked at several when we were buiding kits and replicars.  There wasn't a lot of difference in the TD for several years.  Similar to the VW Beetle.  They didn't change much cosmetically.

I saw a similar MG in a museum in Memphis, when I went there to visit with my son and sister in May.

Years ago, I got to drive a wooden-body "sports car".  No power, very flimsy, and not fun to drive, but sure looked cool.

Had I been there, I would have reminded everyone while we were standing around talking.  I guess I should have posted the name and address of the place in case anyone else remembered.
