not yet, Sunday we changed the distributor out, timed it, test drove it, and it still feels like i was towing something. we unplugged the idle air control valve('cause was still getting a code 35), and it gained some of the power back. so we going put a new one in asap. 

looks like when my tax return gets here i will be doing a 3.4L swap

It's sounding more and more like you've got a clogged exhaust system.

that would make sense. although, other than a leak or two, the exhaust sounds fine. i will bring that up to my dad. he has been working on it this week since my time is limited and he does not have to be back at work until jan. 12th
