what value targets should i look for when reading winaldl data?

. from this, i learned to look at both int and blm #s. int is around 140 and blm is pegged at 120. so, looks like there is a problem. I'm not sure where the numbers are pointing, but i know they're off. any suggestions?

Raydar does some chip burning and adjusting codes, so he may be able to give some advice. With this ice storm, he's probably down in the dungeon at Georgia Power, monitoring the grid.
