Fiero Rescue

F85gtron and I picked up an '87 Fiero rescue and some spare parts yesterday.
It's slightly infested with lizards and 3.4L'ers. The wasps were evicted by the previous owner just before we moved the car.
As you can tell from the photos, f85gtron couldn't wait to start working once it was pushed on the trailer:

I have a complete upper intake and TB if you need one. I don't see one in your collection of parts. Might even have a dogbone mount, too. With the 3.4 sitting out would be an opportune moment to do a full 7730 DIS with digital EGR since you have the crankshaft sensor, knock sensor all available to build your harness.
Don't forget to check on our 4 truckloads of parts for anything you may need.

Donations gleefully accepted.
F85gtron has a better idea of what's needed.

As long as you're paid members, the truck loads of parts are yours, free for the picking.

Part of the Fiero Rescue purchase included a new-to-me 7730. The good Fiero shepard (f85gtron) and I installed it in my '88 GT. His '85 already has one.
I can't believe the difference! Response is incredible. Might not have more horsepower, but the power comes without delay. The car is even more fun to drive. 5th gear is usable at a lower speed, which should increase my MPG.
You need a 7730 upgrade if you don't have one.

We picked up the 7730 with the Rescue Fiero. So for $1000 you too could have a spare Fiero with two 3.4L's, and extra transmission, spare doors, extra seats, and a 7730 with harness.
The (almost) ready-made harness is what made this doable.

$625.
Includes initial tune.
Car must be in good running condition with half tank of fuel, no exhaust leaks, hot blonde in passenger seat.
Weekend turn around time. (With blonde, may take longer)
-$100 if you already have 7730 ecm on hand
+$100 if dis conversion.

I have some questions about other 7730 options but I don't want to divert this thread about your rescue project. Start another so we can ask some questions. Maybe some pictures of your installs, too.
