FF the Fiero store one is correct side but looks a fair way off to me.

Yeah, the mark should be about 7* counterclockwise of the keyway.  I think TFS may have used a stock photo.

The Fiero balancer isn't a pulley.  The pulley bolts onto it.  The WCF balancer on the previous page appears to have the timing mark in the correct position.  I think the image shows the front side of the balancer, being the reason that the snout isn't visible.
