Tesla truck?

I don't get it.  It seems to have been designed by a child with mental disabilities.  At first, I thought it was meant as a joke, but apparently not.

Imagine having one of those parked in your driveway--or in front of you, on the road.

It's uglier than the Caprice and Caprice Station Wagons or it's sister the Cadillac Fleetwood of the early '90s.  I'm not sure, but I don't remember seeing that it had an open bed on the one video where they broke the 'bulletproof' windows.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

The cover on the bed retracts.  They drove an ATV into the bed.

There was another video of this truck being driven, but the driver lost control, and the truck spun, hit something, and rolled.  I'm not sure how you could get someone out of one of these, when it was sprawled on its back like a dead cockroach.  It isn't as if a few people could roll it back onto its wheels, like other vehicles.

Not that exact one, but a similar one.  That prototype went nowhere.

Wouldn't surprise me to see a bunch of the drug dealers here using these.
