What's in my old SE now?

Beneath this Fiero intake and heads lies a '96 Lumina 3.4, bored out to 3.6, and turboed, making 300 HP.

The more complex the mind, the greater the need for the simplicity of play.

I see what looks like a turbo.

Very nice!  What was the overbore?

I'm amazed the stock intake doesn't have to be opened up more to get that much HP.

I have to admit that, when I first saw this topic, I was expecting Fierofool's yellow '86.

No engine has been found for it, yet.  Still sitting at Scott's.
There are three kinds of men:

1.    The ones that learn by reading.
2.    The few who learn by observation.
3.    The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.    Will Rogers

Sad.  My 50K 2.8 V6 with no issues was left to rot, a few hours away from TopNotch's brothers.

I know where there is an 18K 2.8 V6, though.

It is in the yard in Vegas.  Rodney had it previously, I believe.  You could ask sardonyx247.  I think there are 5 or 6 engines in the yard there.

I wouldn't pay more than $50 for it, but shipping would probably be a killer.

Yes it is. He had it running just fine, but it seems to have developed a head gasket leak. He had stacked head gaskets to reduce the compression ratio as per the book "High Performance Fieros".

How similar is the '96 Lumina 3.4 to the '93-'95 Camarobird 3.4?

Its not, the 3400 is aluminum heads, fwd block, different ecm and fuel injection system. Camarobird 3.4 is iron block and the same heads as the 2.8
