You should probably move this to one of the Fiero boards below.

For the vacuum leaks, you can check with mist. How high is the RPM?

They could. Would probably take more than one, however.
Did you put a little bit of oil on them before you bolted the fuel rail down? If not, it's possible that one of them could have gotten cut or torn.
