Bluebirds

We are probably hip-deep in bluebirds here.
The breezeway that goes between the house and the garage is home to at least two bluebird nests.
We would be perfectly fine with that, except for all of the bird poop all over everything close to the nests.
As soon as they're done raising the most recent clutch of babies, the nests are "done".  (We're certainly not about to interrupt them, otherwise.)

We don't hear much of anything at night, except for the tree frogs. And when they calm down, the coyotes.

There is something about a white Fiero! They just seem to pop. I like those wheels.

As long as you can pee off of the front porch its perfect...... no HOA makes it much more better

Technically speaking you can pee of the front porch no matter where you live! I agree on the HOA

They are the identical wheels to the ones on the AeroDon car. Same sizes and offsets, I believe.

The HOA in our former neighborhood was nearly non-existent. Very unobtrusive. The dues were ~$75 a year. Used to keep up the entrance and the (very uncommon) common property.

But yeah... I've heard the horror stories. Not ever gonna do that again.
