Jason, I have a front and rear aero off my 85GT, No damage to them what so ever....

I will be at the meeting in my 86GT on Saturday... Ill get to meet everyone. See y'all there.

I wonder if I can strap a bumper to the rear hatch. :-)

If you open the hatch, place the fascia in there with the tips pointing toward the back, you can fasten it down with bungee cords.  It travels very well.  I don't remember if I turned it upside down or right side up, but it was facing forward toward the engine.  From Commerce to Auburn via I-85.  Doing this is the only way I know to make the Fiero spoiler exert downforce on the back of the car.
