1988 Pontiac Fiero GT
One of, if not the fastest, best handling, best stopping Fieros in the area.
Last year, late production of 6/88
Originally purchased in NC. I have a copy of original purchase order.
Customized 3.8 supercharged motor (04 Monte Carlo SS), Getrag 282 5-speed manual.
Upgraded brakes from 9.25 inch rotors to 13 inch cross slotted and drilled. Ceramic pads and clutch 6000 miles ago. New clutch master and slave and full flush.
Enkei RPF1 racing wheels: 17f, 18r
Original interior with PW, PL, AC(needs some work)
Not perfect, but still pretty awesome for a 33 year old car. I get a lot of questions and compliments when I'm out cruisin'. The pictures were taken June 21.  Ihave extra bits not attached to the car that I may include (excellent tail lights).
Mileage will change. I drive it 2 to 3 times a week.

Manual transmission
Exterior color: Red · Interior color: Tan
Runs great. Tennessee/Alabama car with only surface rust underneath. Less than 3,000 miles on new tires, 4 wheel alignment. Keyless entry, cold R134a AC, new Bluetooth radio with backup camera, new front speakers, new tail light covers, new leather wrap on steering wheel, new exhaust tips, new rear and side view mirror. Replaced battery, water pump, coolant and drive belts, spark plugs and wires, shocks and struts, shifter assembly, EGR valve and solenoid, right rear axle, cruise control solenoid and vacuum hoses, air filter, wipers. Repaired temp gauge. Rebuilt right rear caliper, replaced brake hose. Fun to drive but selling to free up money for new projects.

Would a small spoiler like these do anything to reduce the vacuum space behind the rear window?

Thinking it would be mounted just above the rear window.  Would this reduce drag or increase it?  Or do nothing at all?



BTW, I know Pontiac isn't listed.  Don't worry about that.

Where my headliner meets the rear window is coming loose and starting to hang down. 

I'd like to glue it back up.  Any suggestions on which adhesive to use?

BTW, sunroof car with 3rd brake light.

What better day t' post a follow-on product review than Talk Like a Pirate Day, with a chest full of booty? Especially when there’s a translator (https://funtranslations.com/pirate) t' make me meanin's clear.

A month or two ago I purchased an incredible dual cup holder from Zack Stewart (https://www.facebook.com/FlowStateMan/). This addition t' me Fiero were bein' easily installed and can hold almost anythin'. This includes two 24 oz grog bottles, or a large order o' tots from Sonic, napkins, condiments, and me cell phone. Wide bodied passengers might not appreciate th' space invasion into their area, but me lady didn’t complain (about th' cup holder) durin' a recent 200 mile cruise.

Th' only thin' I don’t like be th' glittery top surface, although me lovely wench thinks it looks nice, and a bottle of rum! Maybe I can sand it down t' th' same flat finish Pontiac used in th' rest o' th' boat?

After 60+ days there aren’t any cracks or other damage visible, and Aye, occasionally I bump into it, and a bucket o' chum. This be well worth th' $45 price tag, shippin' and handlin' included, t' make our Pontiacs a bit more practical. Shiver me timbers!  Christmas be comin', so add this t' Santa’s list and support th' Fiero aftermarket producers. Walk the plank! Order now, because Zack be not Amazon and delivers take a slow boat.
