Happy New Year.  BTW, how about a name to go with your handle.  Something shorter than cogcaviz24.

As for the signups and no-posts.  Many of them are banned because they're from Russia, Czechoslovakia, Namibia, Nigeria, Denmark.  They're spammers, and even one of them included a virus in the message they posted.
