In Fulton County, you probably see a lot of both. That's where Atlanta is located. Except for the south end of the county, it's fairly affluent. The south end is more effluent.

We see more than a few of those, too. Located in SW Atlanta, Morehouse is one of the more famous Black colleges in the country.
