DeShoe treated us to Old Hickory House barbecue. (Been ~30+ years since I've eaten at OHH.) Thank you sir!
According to the timing light, it appears that the timing was waaaay advanced from where it should have been. (I'm surprised it didn't ping like hell, that way. But whatever... )
Once it was set to spec (+/-) it seemed to idle a lot better. Bob said it "ran like a striped ape". or words to that effect.

The fuel pump suddenly sounds like a dentist drill, but everything seems to work well. Mike is going to drive it around this weekend, to make sure it's happy. (The pulsator was removed, so that might have something to do with it. Or it may have shifted since it was installed. Hard to say. For comparison, my Fiero's fuel pump sounds like a Cessna, and it's been fine for over a year.)
The injectors appear to not be stock. Instead of a completely black body, the "discharge" end is silver. So who knows? Maybe the Fiero Store "Tomco" injectors.
Regardless... Bob said it used to run fine on those injectors, so I have a hard time believing that they suddenly started causing problems, out of the blue.
Mike poured a can of SeaFoam into a half of a tank of gas. That concentration should take care of any injector issues that occurred from sitting.
