Why do you ask? You wouldn't want them: they look like crap & go against the natural flow of air up through the vents.  ;)

ThaDriver has some pretty good fabrication skills, as does Whodeanie.

Not to diminish Cyb3erwOlf's reason for the post, but those do look like they would seriously reduce the turn around and look area.  As ThaDriver pointed out, it reverses the flow of air through the engine compartment.  The air intake area underneath the engine is much larger than the air intake area of those scoops, and they look like they would cause the air in the compartment to possibly become static with very little movement.  But, they would be neat to install when you get to a car show, just for the wow factor, especially on a little Iron Duke.
