Texted with Michael today and he's super busy.  His new manager is busy selling refrigerators to Eskimos.  They're snowed under (pun).

Did the move/sale not go through?
Last I heard is that he was not going to hire anybody, knowing that they were going to be "without", in the not-too-distant future.

I've hired a full crew and we are back at it. When and if a sales goes through we will cross that bridge then. The landlords have jerked me around about a sale for several years now.
