Woodstock Fiero Shop
« on: August 02, 2009, 07:54:49 pm »
A couple of meets back there were these guys there from Woodstock who specialized in performance work on Fieros, anyone know who they were? I just got my 88 GT on the road again, but its having some exhaust issues. Basically, all the welds on the stock manifolds are cracking and the car is getting some pretty bad exhaust leaks. So much so it seems like its running on 5 cylinders sometimes. Long-tube headers from West Coast Fiero cost the same as stock replacements from the Fierostore, so I'm going to order them tomorrow. I just need a shop to do the work, and I'm not going with someone who doesn't know Fieros.

Dude...
Don't buy WCF headers.
Or if you do, and they crack, don't be surprised.

If I was going to buy a set of headers tomorrow, it would be the Trueleos. ( www.trueleo.com )

They look to be nearly as non-restrictive as the old FOCOA headers, and I'd bet money that they fit a whole lot better, and don't leak.
...
