That's what I thought, but had never seen one with the Fiero intake on it, previously.

Its not, the 3400 is aluminum heads, fwd block, different ecm and fuel injection system. Camarobird 3.4 is iron block and the same heads as the 2.8

Interesting... When they swapped in the Lumina 3.4 engine with the Fiero heads, which pistons did they use? If they retained the Lumina pistons with the Fiero heads, the result probably would have yielded ~7.5:1 compression. Probably would have been perfect for the turbo, even without the stacked head gaskets.

I had wondered what would have happened with 92 octane, without the stacked gaskets.
