When do all you who need to bring things in advance plan on coming over?

We need to coordinate this, as I don't usually get home until about 7:30 PM, so I need to make sure either Anne or Shanine are around.

That should be fine and enough time

Charlie wanted to bring a canopy, so I thought it might be better to bring that over maybe a day or so ahead of time.

Also, anyone bringing large amounts of drinks or such, feel free to bring them ahead of time, just let us know either via email or PM

Yes, I planned on bringing it over on Thursday.  My time frame is open that day.  It only takes about 10-15 minutes to set it up.
